The rules, in plain words.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of flicktowin.com and its games (the "Service"), run by Botanical Greenhouse Honeybees ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or creating an account you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What Botanical Greenhouse Honeybees is

Botanical Greenhouse Honeybees is a free social casino: 47 of our own slot-style games — from a greenhouse full of bees to a moonlit graveyard, Mount Olympus and a disco floor — that you play in your browser with a virtual currency called Honey Coins. The Service is provided for entertainment only:

• Everything is free. Joining, playing, daily coins and memberships cost nothing, and nothing on the Service can be bought.
• It is not gambling. There are no stakes of real money, no deposits, no withdrawals and no prizes with real-world value.
• Every spin is random and for fun only. Past results don't affect future spins, and nothing here reflects or predicts results in real-money gambling.
• The games load inside our pages from our own domain and need a signed-in account so they can use your Honey Coin balance.

3. Honey Coins

Honey Coins are the only currency on the Service. They:

• are given free — 50,000 when you join, 10,000 free daily coins once a day from the Honey Vault, and a bonus when you switch on a free membership: Worker Bee adds 25,000, Garden Keeper 100,000 and Queen Bee 250,000 (every membership is £0, and your account starts as Free Bee);
• have no monetary value and are not money, e-money, cryptocurrency, a voucher or a financial product;
• can't be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, gifted or exchanged, and can't be redeemed for cash, goods, services or anything else of real-world value;
• are kept in your browser for the current session rather than in your account on our server — closing the browser, using a private window or switching device starts a fresh 50,000-coin balance, and we can't see, restore or move a balance;
• may be adjusted at any time: we may change starting balances, daily coins, memberships, games or any other feature, or reset balances, without notice.

4. No deposits, withdrawals or cash prizes

The Service takes no deposits or payments of any kind and offers no withdrawals, cash-outs or cash prizes. We will never ask you for card, bank or other financial details. Nothing you win or receive has any real-world value, and you can't claim any payment or compensation for Honey Coins, memberships or winnings.

5. Your account

To play you need a free account. You create one with your first and last name, email address, UK phone number and a password, or with Sign up with Google. These details are stored on our server; your Honey Coins and membership are stored in your browser session. You agree to:

• be 18 or over, live in the United Kingdom and give accurate details;
• keep one account per person and not use anyone else's;
• keep your password private — you are responsible for everything done under your account, and we may lock an account for 15 minutes after five wrong password attempts.

We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you joined with, or by choosing "Close my account" in any message form.

6. Age and restrictions

• The Service is for adults aged 18 and over who live in the United Kingdom. We ask you to confirm this when you enter the site and again when you join.
• You are responsible for making sure that using a free social casino is permitted where you are.
• The Service is intended to be played in moderation. Tips, warning signs and free UK support services are on the Responsible play page, and you can ask for a break through the "Take a pause" window on any page.
• The Service may not be used to promote, link to or simulate real-money gambling.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

• try to sell, trade or get real-world value for Honey Coins, memberships or accounts;
• interfere with the Service or its games, or try to access them, other players' accounts or our server files without permission;
• use bots, scripts, automated tools or browser manipulation to alter balances, games or rewards;
• copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games, artwork or branding without permission;
• send spam, abuse or unlawful content through the message forms;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including our games, artwork, animation, sound, logos and text, belongs to Botanical Greenhouse Honeybees or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

9. Availability

The Service is provided "as is". We may change, pause or stop any part of it, including games, memberships and accounts, at any time, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss of Honey Coins, memberships, accounts or data, or for indirect losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law or liability that can't be limited by law.
